    The service is always great here, friendly and accommodating. It was a busy afternoon sunday lunch crowd when I visited last and unfortunately my fish and chips were a bit doggy and my chips (fries) were a little stale. I attribute this to the fact that their frying oil was probably not hot enough to allow that crispy delicious finish I am used to enjoying.

    I've generally had good experiences here. Food is always yummy and the cakes are amazing. I've only had one bad experience where which was when I found plastic wrapping in my burger (a large piece of it as well). Restaurant didn't compensate for this mistake either. Besides that though I'm always satisfied by the service and food.

    What can I say? This is a Corte Madera staple; one that I'd like to undo with a staple remover but it serves up a hefty plate... literally. I try not to make it a habit to dine at chain restaurants but I have been to Cheesecake Factory several times for the likes of my family and friends. You can't really find a bad tasting item on the menu and the menu serves up over 100 items I'm sure. The Fried Cheese Balls are to die for and the Vegetable salad is sure to curb your Veggie appetite. I'm not so sure about the monolithic theme going on within the restaurant. It's almost as if to say that their cheesecake is some kind of a god. It's good, but not god.

    Loved the food and the ambience. We were visiting, and went in on a Sunday evening. It was quite busy but we were quite lucky to get a seating pretty quickly. The food was amazing and the cheesecake - red velvet was yum. The waiter was so nice, the manager too when we got our orders messed up.

    The food is quite good. Prices are reasonable. Cheesecake variety is out of this world! Totally delicious.
